I don't think it's so bad as a 3, but the pic is very blurry, which don't help. From what I see the white is the most disturbing thing, It looks just like primer. It may be tough to do whites at your level so try to stick to colors for now, or do white in smaller areas. The bright yellow gun is a bit weird too. The reds, metals and glowy eye makes me think this could be a lot better than a 3. Keep paracticing^^
