For such an mini this is is really well painted.I like the drybrushing and highlights on the green that's good. For your first attempt at glowing eyes you did very well. I still can't do glowing eyes tha'ts why I paint Eldar and Imperial guard ahaha. The one thing I can see being improved is doing some NMM on the back of the gun and the clip just for some color variation. Other than that it's great!
