I think the reason this isnt scoring that highly at the moment is because it seems unfinished...
It LOOKS as though the figure is simply primed black, and only the metallic areas have been painted :(
I can just about see some flesh around the face, but it's not a good angle to see properly.
I would suggest a number of things to improve your score:
1> Add some more colour! Even if it's simply the cabling to the weapon, or dirtying the boots.
2> Have a go at highlighting the black areas - I know it's a huge pain, but even adding a few extreme highlights to the edges would be better than leaving it completely jet black.
3> When you take a photo next time, have a monochrome background - I usually place a piece of paper or card behind.
4> Choose the best angle to show off the best painted parts - which in this case, would probably include the face! :D
