Skeeter made a few good points, but the only thing he left out is move back a couple inches. It looks like he's about 3 inches from the lense, try 6 with this camera (just a guess.) Keep it up!

I think I can see a face, but hell it might be his ass. Follow skeeter advice (with all those numbers and percentages he sounds smart and, therefore, must be correct)

hope its the last time you submit such a bad picture ! out of focus, to much distracting clutter int he picture. a scanner would provide you with a submission quality picture scan at 600 dpi, the use your photo editing software to ... crop, adjust contrast/brightness, resize to 600 pixels wide and then convert to jpg format at 40% compression
