Thanks for the comments. The conversions are the crouching one on the right and the one in the middle (back).

7,5. Your choise of contrasting colors works very well. Really like how far you have taken the highlight on the skin, gives them that alien feel. Don't know the minis enought to see what's conversion but every thing looks very well done.
