Nice smooth pale skin, and a nice purple for the robe, too. Unfortunately, the familiar looks like he's been left out in the cold detail wise, which is a shame. Also, I'm not sure what's going on with her eyes? Everything else looks neat, so I can't decide if the blobs of blue are intentional or not. The metallics could also do with some shading or highlighting - maybe a wash of some sort? But this should be getting a better score than it is currently.
