Nice work! The water is really dynamic, which fits with this sculpt really well. The delicate work on the freehanded dragons is particularly fine. I'm sure that was no picnic, I've worked on freehand in the same areas on this mini. I tihnk the dress and bangs would benefit from another layer or three of highlights to really bring out the folds and texture.
