This is a Reaper mini that I tried some bright colours on, called "Elf in Blue". My vision was a high elf of Rivendell more than the wood elves of Lothlorien (though both are cool ~smile~).
I really like the concept you were going for here, and I agree with barkel's comments about the face and ink wash. He also needs some more highlighting, but you've got a good clean start here. Keep it up!
The skin on the face is really quite pretty, just like an elf should be. However, I feel like you went a little overboard with the inks on the shirt and pants. But that face is beautiful.
