It's Christmas in April. I'm getting into the summer painting season by working on a nice winter theme. The 3" tall Sophie gives me the chance to work on detail and some blending ... well at least attempt to.
Looks pretty good! I really like the ribbon on the present she's holding, looks like silk :) I think you could have added a bit more definition on some of the larger areas, such as the skin, and covered some of the reds more solidly, but overall a pretty cool piece - you're definitely improving :)
