I really like the dark and dingy feel to the mini and the face is really well done! My main 'beef', if any, is with the base. Although I can see the effect you were trying to create, I think that he would benefit more from an impressive dioramic base or even a standard gravelling with some layers of drybrushing. The cut out tiles on the untouched base just 'amatures up' an otherwise well finished model. Overall though, great job :)
