I give a 5 for the size of the mini. As said the mini needs a little more differentiation to show the subtleties of the model.
As for Fizl, the base is 20mm because it's a bloodthirster, they had larger bases in Epic than the other models O_o... What else could it be? It's deffinitely not supposed to be the same size as a Space Marine in 40k :P
I don't think thats Epic (the wargame), its on a 20mm base (you can see its standing on graph paper!). Those colours are way to close to each other, try two distinct colours or blacklining.
