Maybe a bit of flock on the base, to cover the "plates" under the feet. Also, try shading/dirtying down the metal bits with thin ink washes - it's easy and it'll give quick results. I agree it's a neat job though, which is 90% of the battle with minis.
AHHHH, theres goblin green on the feet!!!! Thats actually the least off the problems though. The teeth/nails should be highlighted (it looks like he went to the dentist a few days ago), the eys should be a different color, they blend too much into the body, and more highlighting on the flesh. Very "clean" though. Have fun!
