ogre conversion

This is about my 3rd attempt at converting an ogre and using Green Stuff. Not easy to work with and I need a lot of improvment. My hat is off to those of you that sculpt. It sure is fun to put your own spin on a mini though. I especially like the iron jaw I added.

this is a very good attempt. i think really whats killing you is your biting off too much at once. Do a small part and set it aside to cure. Like for this figure i would have done the gut and inpressed where the plate would go not attaching it yet but just getting a imprint. then i would have rounded the flap of gs and let it cure so it loos like its spilling over the plate. then come back and do the pecks( manboobies) let it cure do the nipples if your so inclined. It takes longer in the , uhhh, long run but the results are worth it. Also when you do smaller sections You have less of a chance of leaving a fingerprint. You have a smaller area to work on and if you complete work is cured you dont risk accidentally squashing it.

looking good. i think your bigest problem that i can see is finger prints. try keeping your fingers wet. i find that easy to keep finger prints off. JoD
