I won a whole gob of Orks on Ebay, upon recieving them realised they weren't the type I was wanting. I decided to do alot of resculpting and conversions and this was one of the results. This fellow is about 4/5 conversion. I resculpted the face, the arms and torso, the apron, and the do rag. The upper body and arms are about twice the size of the original and I articulated the muscles more than the original. The base is 100% handmade/scratch built. Thrilled with how he came out!!

i love it! the whole blacksmith theme, the heat/light effects on the weapon and cigar. it looks a little bit cartoony but that fits the ork-fashion.
