Very nice conversion. I don't like the way he is holding his sword and the hat looks a bit thick, but overall it looks good.

Brilliant conversion i love it!!! i have a couple of ogre conversions myself and have an ogre pirate project in progress (slow progress mind!) i look forward to seeing the next one!!
