It's not a bad paint job, but theres a little problem with the color scheme. It's not a Black Templar. It's a Mortifactor (see codex Armageddon), which is a completly separate chapter. I guess you could use it as a black templar if you really wanted to, but I'm not a big fan of changing the colors of chapters while keeping the same name.
Thowgh the colours are well defined and the miniature in general looks quite neat, i personally find the colour scheme too simple... Perhaps you should try with a little shading... and also some kind of drawing on shoulder pad... don´t give up... nice job anyway!
