Technique is good - better blending on this one than on your other miniatures. However, the brown skins of the clothing don't match the theme since arctic animals tend to be white for the camouflage. Her hair also looks untextured - like a drybrush of blue was applied to a base of black and that's it. The base coat of black on the axe works and your detail work there is basic drybrushing but effective for the table top. NMM is pretty effective, though, and I would have done NMM on her bracelet as well. Nice base.
