I agree with the above comment. The skin is a bit harshly shaded, too much contrast between light and dark, could have used some blending. Be sure to remove the mold lines (I can see one on the right arm). Good job overall!
The skin is very nice, the grease on the lips is just great! The metals are a bit clean for my taste and the base could use some more work. The leathers are also a bit flat. The overall look is very pleasing and an entire army painted like that is very good.
