Good job on keeping everything smooth... For improvements in my opinion there is not enough contrast within each colour you have done. Perhaps this can be remedied with a few washes over the mini. However this is a good basis to add to as half the battle is keeping it smooth I think.
Try adding some shading and highlights, it looks like it is just got base coats of all the colours. Try some watered down washes in the resses of the armor and some flesh wash or chestnut wash on the gold, and then highlight the armor and gold and It should look alot better. It has a nice smooth base of paint to work from
