don't like the glowing rulnes (looks like he just has a half-blue sword) or the pose, looks like he's about to fall over.
could also do with some smoother blending/definition, especially on the black and the cloak.
I will say that I like the colors, however, the scales have a good look to them despite the lack of definition, and I love the color choices for the cloth.
