Pale Dragons Sniper Squad Sergeant

Here's the first mini that I was truly happy with. I've been painting for about a month now, constructive criticism is appreciated ^^. (I do know the image quality sucks, but I'll be getting a new cam pretty soon.) The color-scheme is one I made up by myself, along with the chapter itself. My Pale Dragons are a successor chapter to the Salamanders.

Since its hard to tell very much, about the only thing I could suggest is that the whites look a little bright compared to the rest of the mini. And it looks like he's a zombie with the eyes. You might also think about putting a yellow border around all of the red plate, unless you were trying to for a highlight there (which, if so, seems a bit stark). In all, I'd say you're off to a good start.
