Like the red beard and the hair. The white is nice looking and very different. Generally it is quite hard to use. The base work is quite good. Try to avoid the sand spilling over (unless you want that affect - in which case try and make it look more deliberate). The axe head is tad rough though you've clearly differentiated the arrow from the steel. Try giving a base coat of a dark metal, before drybrushing with a lighter coat.
