Thanks for advice, concerning the eye I myself cannot tell why I decided to sculpt it and put under inquisitor's feet. We joke, its an banished daemon's eye :)
Very nice! Nice style and you got this sculpt to look good! The freehands are definately impressive! What I don't understand is the eye, it's painted very good but it looks out of place and wrecks the composition. Another thing you also can try is using another snowflock then GW's (I presume you are using that) It looks more like fur. Actually there is a very good turtorial for snow in the articles section. As an addition you can also use some crushed glass in the mix to gain som sparkle!
