Easy one first..the bushes I buy from www.internationalmodels.net ; based in the UK. Mostly railway modeler scale bits but the grass tufts are ideal for bases.
The rocks are created by getting small lumps of stuff called chemiwood and liberally hacking them with a chisel to get the desired look.
