The tonality on the skin is fantastic. My chief criticism with this mini is that aside from the skin, there is little to no evidence of shading and highlighting. This particularly stands out on the shield and axe handle. My only other criticisms are that his hair looks very shiny in the photo, which doesn't fit so well with the mood of the figure, and that he is far too clean for a barbarian ;-)
