Well this is a nice start, you payed attention to all details, the face is very well done (considering the casting quality) and the metals look nice too. If you manage to make whole squads to this standard this will look great in gaming. I would suggest to use less grass on the base though, it´s a bit too much. single patches of grass look better IMHO (look at goblins in my gallery to see what i mean).
