Escher ganger – Escher juve total conversion.
It was as funny as challenging to convert. This is my second Escher model, but I’m on my way to create whole gang of them. It was time consuming and making some elements was definitely boring, but final effect in my opinion is worth of all efforts I put into it. The base is deliberately simple, because I use minis sometimes in gaming, and scenic bases are often to fragile to use them that way. I hope you like this mini. Your precious comments as always are most welcome. Thank you for all votes and comments. Equipment needed – pliers, wire, drill, grinder, wire cutter, files, bits, scalpel, greenstaff, plasticard and of course brushes and paints. Process of creation: 1.- I cut off part of clothes which was between her legs, removed the hand-to-hand weapon using grinder and detached the hand and arm from lower part of body using scalpel. 2.- Whole right arm was completely removed and reshaped (mostly shoulder). After that it was pinned back to model. The stubgun from left hand was also removed. 3.- Legs were reshaped with pliers. 4.- Then I made all surfaces smooth with greenstuff and files. 5.- After preparing model I added greenstuff to the mini (scratchbuild guns, upper body with clothes, hair, buckles along the legs, and right hand because it was damaged during detachment). 6.- Then I made the base and painted the model.
