spectre of the dead marches - LotR

tried something new with the half-man-half-ghost-ish look, I think it turned out very good, one of my best if not my best, but the picture doesn't do justice to the model, the colours came out different on camera to bad. Comment and criticism are welcome

That's a very cool idea. What I got from looking at it is that it shows the same character before and after death, which is kinda neat. If you wanted to go with that, you could paint the eye on the fleshy side like a normal eye. One thing to note: the chainmail on his left arm is appears suspiciously non-green.
