Eldar Harlequin - Shadow Seer (U.S.A.)
I've painted this model three times, and each time I find myself painting him astonishignly similar. The first time I lost it; the second one was sold; the third one was also sold. The paint job was no-doubtedly inspired by the cover of the old Harlequin boxed set, taken to a more patriotic level. Sorry for the blurry pic.
