Just wondering if they changed the fluff. It used to be that orks did not grow hair, but that they used Hairy Squigs to sport beards and topknots. As for the rating. Besudes the fact the pic is out of focus, the backround is horrible, try shooting on a sheet of white paper if nothing better is around. The top down shot also makes it hard to judge this as the thing we se ethe most are the top of his head and sholderpads, and the pads look unpainted. It looks like at least table top to me, but it's really hard to tell if it's any better then that.
