Good mini! There are several really strong points for me - noticeably the red cape esp. from the back and the base for the most part. I think the SENMM is nice as well. Things I am not so fond of...seeing the square base on the natural terrain - very jarring to the eye. Her hair could use a few more highlights and the shield doesn't look quite finished...overall I do like it though!
It looks like your technique is quite solid and you really have the ability to create some impressive pieces. A few things bring this one down for me, though and basically they are lack of contrast AND too much contrast. I think the face, hair and metal, and some red areas, need a brighter top highlight to make them stand out more, and the red cape is just a bit too contrasty, especially where it suddenly fades to black as it gets up to her shield (on the back) or her leg, on the front. Don't get me wrong -- good mini. I'm just posting complaints because if you make these changes I think that what you have on your hands will be a great mini.
