At the last minute my friend reminded me that this guy was supposed to be evil. Which is why I went for the more sickly skintone. Perhaps he's been smuggling illegal elf berries and took a few for their hallucingenic effects.
I like very much the vibrant green you used for the cloak, and I dig the contrast with the more somber tone of brown of the tunic. your technique is very good, with a great balance between subtle gradients and dramatic highlights. Nonetheless, I find the blue highlights on the hair a bit too stark, and the sickly pallor of the skin seems more suited for a vampire than an elf.
