Very nice! I like the thick stonewalls and the mesh windows. The chimney is cool. But... I think that it would be even better if the rest of the chimney was there on the base as rubble. What is the green stuff that actually look like unpainted green stuff? The flow down from the pipe seems a little bit unreal if it's not grease ;)
In a factory I would like more metals too, but not in all kind of factories, I just want to tell you my view of an industrial factory. I like your other terrain pieces too!
