Purple and teal, how can I resist? :-> The painting on the dragon is very nice, and I really like the water, it's got a very nice sense of wavy motion. Little too blue in colour for my taste, though.
This is one of the nicest dragon sculpts I've seen. It has a great sense of movement and you've done a good job with the base. I think some of the highlights look a bit chalky though and the whole dragon looks a bit too matte and dry for being a creature of the sea. The colour scheme is great though!
