A better perspective of the model shows the scroll on his shoulder as he is in a Librarian's Command Squad. the scroll is made of a SM hip pouche filed down to go onto his shoulder.
I'm sorry this has such a low score, but you really need to juice up your photography so people can fairly assess the mini itself. The picture is too yellow to show the colours well, and appears very out of focus. Have a look at some of the photography forum topics and articles here :)
