BT Dreadnought 'Tankred'

Some GW SM Dread tt i painted in Black Templar livery. Probly due to all those WH covers with BT stuff...;p Cut up his left leg and his power fist to position them in slightly more interesting dynamic positions. Was rather tedious to do this plastic thing, th amount of surface area tt u hafta paint~! Geez...done in vallejo/ andrea acrylics with GW acrylic metals. P.S. I can't believe i forgot to mention it, but if u do notice, its a 'real life' version of th WH40k comic cover i did for Boom Studios 'Damnation Crusdade'. ( inculding of bits of Word Bearer Chaos SM too!) Cheers, Marc

the realistic paintjob looks excellent, the base too. I really love it. Sadly the picture is a bit too dark...

Very nice piece. The battle damage and weathering effects on this Dreadnought are sick.

That dreadnought looks very cool and I must admit that the way you set it in scene with this photo greatly adds to his appearance. The damage to the paint on his shoulders looks excellent, compliments. Please visit my minis too.
