As far as I can see it, your idea for this commander is good. Your paintjob looks as if you drybrush a bit too much, for example on his cloak, some inking and careful highlighting would do better there, I think. The flames on his armour you should do better by first painting the flames contour with a very dark red, then paint smaller contours in brighter colours (bright red, ornage, yellow) into it.
For his face, you could ink the metallic part with black ink, that would give a greater contrast between the fleshy and the metallic part. Good Luck!
