It is not mistake or laziness but different point of view on paint scheme. Orcs have very good immune system and are very resistant to disease, so their teeth are a bit cleaner/healthier than those of lowly beasts (the stench can come from stomach not a roting tooth). Besides plantlike Ork from 40K, a little bit plantish Orc from WFB is different than Orc from LotR (which comes from mutilated elves) and have very poor oral hygiene. Furthermore, if you look at dog canines (not very old dog) they are perfectly white, even though they don't brush them. You cannot measure Orcs by human standards. And those horns on helmets of rider and boar are painted using different shades of brown and ivory - poor camera kills detalis.
