Dying Boromir

This was my entry for the Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers painting competition. He took second in the Veterans category at the local shop. As a side note, his horn was a horrible thing to try and assemble. The pieces didn't fit together at all well, and my fingers are far too big and clumsy to try gluing stuff like that on a regular basis. Please note that there are three arrows sticking into his chest, however, their ends are pointed directly toward the scanner, so they're not entirely apparent.

I've never liked this model (who wants a dead figure except for diaramas?) but you have done a decent paint job on it

For the record, to the best of my knowledge, the horn is supposed to be assembled - it's certainly not broken in half in the picture on the back of the box.

Wasn't the horn at this point split down the middle? Perhaps it was so difficult to assemble because it was never meant to be together... I kinda like the face; I don't think he's dying, but he looks like he's a combination of being really angry and about to be sick.
