There's really not much painting here to rip up. On CMON, it's expected that you will do some sort of shading/highlighting/blending, and your rating is usually based on how good that is.
Nice neat painting, good colours, simple and effective. Will look 100% better as a unit with the scenic bases you mentioned. Don't know why people have rated this so low! All you need to do is remember to thin your paint a little, remove the mould lines from the helmet etc. maybe highlight a little more on the edges etc. But I really like it. Gonna give it a 10 to balance things out a little (I hope) but my actual rating is a solid 5, good table top quality.
