This is looking pretty good. His eyes seem a bit... buggy but you might have been going for a sort of fanatical expression. The color choice seems relatively good, with the slight difference in the red shirt and more wine colored cloak. Try to work on your blending. Use more intermediary colors for a more gradual transition between highlight and shadow. Still, an excellent start!
