A conversion for my Sisters of Battle army. I used a Seraphim model and added a sword to represent the Palatine's special weapon. Since she's the spiritual leader of the army, I wanted her to "float" above the others.
Your paintjob is okay, but with some simple techniques you could greatly improve the look of your minis. First, pure white on a mini looks strange, so add some black ink (thinned down with water) on it to give it the look of shadows in the deeper parts. Second, give somne accents in a brighter colour to the edges. For example, the dark red parts on her armour could be accented with blood red.This really gives more depth to your minis and isn´t much effort. Another detail would be the croll on her right leg - some black lines on it give it a much better appearance (who carries blank scrolls?). Otherwise, you paint very clean, so this should go easily. The eye lenses on her helmet and the heart symbol on her right boot are very well-done, so is the white cloth covering her right upper arm.
