I think that the yellowish skin is a valid option, but I would have seen it less saturated (more like wax) and with some brown and greenish tints in the shadows. The base could also use something to give her a setting.
I like the overall feel of this... but I think that the skin color could/should have been more blueish in color. Not sure about the color selection of the clothes either, I think they each clash a bit with each other.
