Necrarch vamp.
I actualy don't know what the red paint on the head is but either if it's hair or blood; i dont like it. The rest of the model is very nice.

Yeah, I agree. I'd give it a 9 if not for the rubber sword effect. The wear and tear on the guy looks pretty cool though :)
