Mumak of Harad
A mighty model that tested my mind and strength.(lol sounding too Astartes here..) It took me around a week to convert this model, a further week to paint it and and one silly month for the Haradrim Command to arrive. In all it was a job well done, and my left wrist is aching because I had to hold the model while painting it to reach the nook and crannies. I found a new method to paint large tusks. Not my traditional Scorched Brown, Snakebite Leather and Bleached Bone highlights. This time I added Kommando Khaki in replacement of the Bleached Bone. As the color is low pigmented, I slowly blended the huge surface of the tusks to get a very rough look. Then a thin coat of Bleached Bone to prike out the highlights.
