D&D Warmage repaint

I got this as part of a demo game of D&D Miniatures and decided to see what I could do with it. Who would have thought this cute little elf was hiding behind the hideous death-mask paint job that she came with?

The segmented armor is part of the sculpt. The freehand on the model is the front of the blouse (the lacing) and the red on the back of the jacket. One thing I discovered is that the plastic is almost impossible to change. I tried to trim a mold line off the dagger and found the flexible plastic to just be torture to cut.
