The skin is very nicely painted, with excellent placement of highlights and shadows on the muscles and face. The face does look a bit odd, though, and I think it's to do with the eyes. The iris/pupil seems very small.

the painting looks very smooth, but I reckon you need to vary the colours you've used for your skin tones. The eyes are also too staaaarey, and need redoing, but it looks like a nice sculpt, who makes it.
Good job on postiing it, nice to see some variety.
