This post is a little late, I hope it is still wanted. I agree with the basing comment. I also agree that nurgle is supposed to look disgusting, but I think you have a little too much dry brushing here. I think the weapons are fantastic. They look rusted and rotted. Definitely tetnis on those things. I think that perhaps a little brighter highlights around edges where the flesh is torn or gouged would improve the grossness. Also consider doing a heavy gloss on some things, like the exposed muscle. It might give a putrid gleam. Yuck.
I'm giving a 6 because I feel that nurgle stuff should look sic and dirty, and you've certainly pulled it off with these guys. But the bases need to be done in order to get higher scores, many people will deduct one point from the score if the base isn't finished.
