You've got lots of good things going on here. I really like the finish on the prism, which I would have to say is probably one of the hardest pieces of any model to paint that I know of. As well your gems look good but fade to solid black too soon, you should let them take on more colour over the body of the gem but otherwise look good. My biggest criticism would be the pilots, they just are not up to the same level as the model, but at least you can see them, Kudos for going with the clear canopies.
