2nd figure to b posted - i took note of comments on last 1 so here goes :) toned down the contrast between the reds highlights and lowlights?? actually did a nice base and i also tried to give the figure some continuity - with the red helm and kilt also i did a lot of the ,metal in gold to make him an 'important' char in the army pls pls pls comment - if i dont know what im doin wrong/right i cant improve - thx

Very cool! The pic is a bit small, but I can see that the skin and the base is excellent. I think the eyes, the back of the shield, and the metallics need a little more definition.

The flesh toning is excellent or is it just the light source? However, I felt that the facial area is not clear enough. A minis very small and hence to really stand out, details have to be picked out. Moreover, the metallic belt is a tab bland. Otherwise, its a wonderful mini.

Man, the flesh shading is one of the best I've seen. I would put a darker red on the skirt, but it's only a question of taste, cause it looks great the way it is... Also the base is a great work. A strong 8!
